Lutheri Quarter is constructed in the historical environment of industrial architecture and is located on the plot with the area of 2,3 ha, at the address Vana-Lõuna 39 and 39A.

There is a total of 180 apartments as well as spacious parking building will be constructed between old limestone walls. In the living environment with strong peculiarity, every home is unique. The sizes of apartments are located in three different buildings varying from 27 to 170 square metres.

Special features of interiors are proportions, preserved historical constructions and materials. Key materials are limestone, veneer and St John's red brick. Height of ceilings reaches ca 4 metres and height of inner doors 2,15 metres.

In order to find a suitable home, it is possible to choose from four different types of interior finish - from avant-garde to classical style
 

The existing tree greenery will be adjusted. Landscape of the inner yard has been designed with surfaces on various levels, connected by stairs with steps of natural stones and inclined paths. Grass squares and pavements with decorative gravel cover or pavement stones will be established.

The higher area in South-Eastern corner of the residential complex will be organised as greenery terraces

Apartments with terraces in the yard building and western part will get container greenery.
Inner yard and greenery area of the whole residential complex will be lighted with street lanterns installed aside the roads and pathways.
